The conference focused on the synoptic parables in their literary narrative context while engaging other interrelated matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our keynote speakers included some of today\u2019s most innovative parable scholars:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prof. Ruben Zimmermann, University of Mainz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prof. Ernst van Eck, University of Pretoria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Associate Professor Eric Ottenheijm, Utrecht University<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prof. Lauri Thur\u00e9n, University of Eastern Finland<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We had plenty of high-level presentations and discussions revolving around different paradigms and approaches regarding the parables! We did not forget to include some fun free time activities!
