Registration fees

  • Regular participants (3 days): 450 eur (VAT 0%)
  • Regular participants (2 days): 300 eur (VAT 0%)
  • Regular participants (1 day): 150 eur (VAT 0%)
  • UEF employee (1–3 days): 350 eur (VAT0%)
  • Virtual participation (1–3 days): 250 eur (VAT 0%)
  • PhD students/undergraduate students (1–3 days): 175 eur (VAT 0%)
  • PhD students/Faculty of Health Sciences, UEF: free
  • Accompanying person (fee includes only social events): 100 eur (VAT 0%)

The three-day registration fee includes admission to all the scientific sessions, satellite meetings, social program on Tuesday and Wednesday, coffees and lunches. The one-day fee includes all these on the day of participation.

If an accompanying person wants to join the Symposium events, the registration fee is 100 EUR. The fee includes only social events. Please note: Accompanying persons are not allowed to attend the scientific sessions or visit the exhibition area.


Payment can be made either by online (Paytrail, suggested) or by an invoice. If you choose online payment, you will be redirected to online payment service after you accept the cancellation policy and press Register.

After making the online payment, you will receive the confirmation of your registration and receipt to your email. If you choose an invoice, the invoice will be sent to the invoicing address you specified after the registration period has ended. An office fee of EUR 10 will be added to the invoice.

Last cancellation date is August 1, 2022 (please, see your personal registration confirmation). In case of cancellation by August 1, a refund will be paid with a deduction of 50 € processing fee.
